You can use DTF I don't have a printer so what I do is send it to other place, but a big order, I mean many designs not only one

So the white paper is the vinyl that the circuit cut my design then you peel off excess to see your design.

Depends you can make designs with vinyl cricut from Amazon or make the designs and use a website that will print the vinyl for you.

Question how do you know if it is hot peel or cold peel?

You need to get a circuit machine they should be on sale. Or send your design to a company that can print your design for you.
