When we built our home, it ended up being over three times as much as we had originally thought it was going to cost... So I recommend multiplying your expected costs by three to have plenty of wiggle room in your building budget.

I am thinking about a new type of restaurants : eating-spots in eating-spots, food keeps changing, chefs also rotate. this is opposed to current restaurants, thanks to this rotation of food and chefs, eating-spots are way more powerful than restaurants, along with that, there is an app, people vote for the food that will be cooked in the next days, menu is influenced by the live input of the people via an app

I'm not a coffee lover. I'm not a Barista. But coffee shop feels so peaceful and I luv how books and coffee are partners. And that is so peaceful. I'm not planning to build my own company but maybe someday. Right now that I'm still 17 I still just want to a mini shop, I have no talent but I want to apply in a coffee shop to get some ideas. Step 1 should always be: why? Why do you want to do this thing? If you don’t have any good answer for that beyond “cause I’ve always wanted to open up business x!” then don’t be doing this. A good business must fill a *need*. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten people asking to pick my brain about how to start a coffee bar and their only answer for why is because “it’s their dream.” If you aren’t going to fill a need, your dream will become your nightmare. Also, this video is pretty solid all around. Great job!

I think 150 Hours a week is a bit of an exaggerated amount, 100 Hours a week can be pretty accurate for your first start up for the first few months until you hire some folks. The important thing to take away from this though; starting up your own business isn't as easy as what people think it is... It takes DEDICATION, DISCIPLINE, & PATIENCE. Great Video!

A safe place to learn more about LGBT history, be able to exist as themselves, and get away from stress. 5:00 I was actually scared about that but I just searched that were I want to open a coffee shop, the highest place are like 4000$ but in general it’s like 1000-2500$, and coffee are about 3-7$ (depends on the shop) here so I think that’s a pretty good ratio !(I’m also only 16, it’s just want on my dream that I would like to realize in the future 😊)

This was pre-covid. Can't imagine post-covid. I imagine the amount of SB's opening during these times at these rates are unfortunately going through much more difficulties in order to survive. Let alone it probably will double the time for them to start seeing their money back after all costs incurred. Unfortunately it is a waiting game for me at the moment. As Starbucks is on the decline, it is an indicator or general guide to see what consumers have stopped purchasing, and what they are pulling back from. Wishing everyone the best of luck to their endeavors, and that they try their best because that's all we can do.
