Also, when cleaning a motor, you should use a pick to scrape out the spaces between the commutator leaves. These spaces get filled with carbon and copper, which is conductive. This has the effect of siphoning off some of the current and shunting it to the wrong coils. This causes a loss of power.

Hoje 16 de setembro: arrumei minha parafusadeira Bosch 12volts! Desmontei todo o motor! Usei calor de fogão para remover a engrenagem ⚙️, dps limpei o motor com água e detergente! Limpei tudo até os imãs! Dps montei e nas buchas do motor usei um pouco de graxa! Quando montei o motor ficou novinho sem barulho! Gostaria de dar o like.... Mas faltou usar graxa!!!! Por isso o motor ficou com ruídos!!!! Usar graxa faz com que essa bucha nunca estrague, removendo atrito você terá um motor potente!

Saludos gracias por Compartir tengo un motor 12vcd de destornillador inalambrico marca Bosch el mismo me gira solo 180grados se detiene unos segundo y vuelve ha girar 180grado asi sucesivamente lo destape cambie rotor porta carbones y sus carbones nuevos y me persiste la misma falla que podria ser y en la fuente de poder marca la luz roja y se cae el voltaje como los amperios consecutivamente cada vez que deja de girar el motor de 12vcd podria Orientarme por favor de antemano gracias por su respuesta?

Hocam benim şarjlı süpürgenin motoru çalışıyor.ama stop etmeye doğru zirrrr yapıyor.yalpalama yapıyor sanırım.pervanesi çürümüş .parçalandı . parçalanirken zarar verdi sanırım.onundeki arkasındaki pulları degissek sorun çözülür mü.yoksa copmu oldu motor .
