Honestly, the video made me feel validated in a weird way. Yes my channel is Tiny and yes I have a lot to learn, but Logan’s comment about 10 years hit hard because it’s taken me 8 to start gaining traction. Jimmy’s talk about 100 videos made me realize that I’m not “falling behind” like I sometimes feel. Great video, so glad to have an awesome resource like this!

Thank you Jenny for giving your input! Losing seconds in life is like watching KZbin shorts - you think it's just a few, but suddenly you've lost an hour, and all you've gained is a cat playing the piano and questionable life choices. 😂 I hope that made someone laugh. 😋

Awesome video as always. I am small KZbinr, and I think that for small channels the most important thing is to get good presence from the beginning. If you are not popular, people won't care even if you have the best videos and the best content on platform. I am not beginner anymore, but I know how hard it can be (and honestly if I didn't use a lot of Famester, I would have quit a long time ago. It made everything much easier for me, especially getting to 1000 subs and view hours).

Improving 1 thing with each video is awesome advice! I've enjoyed documenting in each video at the end of my description, each little thing I've tried to improve on one at a time vs trying to make do a total overhaul and being as pro as possible. Improving one thing at a time allows me to see the progression. After a dozen videos, that progression really becomes apparent after rewatching the first videos. This method has really gotten me to the point where I can see an inflection point of views and subscribers shooting up. I want to keep going this route and maintain that momentum. Also, improving those ideas along with titles and getting better with thumbnails are my next steps. Finally, thinking how to have better camera presence is something I'm trying to feel better with. I want to talk directly to people who I want to share my ideas with through the camera. This has become so much fun to do and I think that's probably one of the most important aspects...to have fun. 🙂

Very interesting advice coming from a lot of the much bigger creators in 2024! I think at the end of the day, you just need to be patient and consistent with the videos that you upload. It is weird because I started about 2-3 weeks ago and some of my videos have popped off, but most have not. One aspect that was interesting to note that one of the videos that I did about AI has been taking off and it was a trending topic. Perhaps align future videos you create with more trending topics if it applies to your niche? Keep it up, my fellow small creators!

I've really learnt a lot from Think Media since last month I came across this channel. I have been on KZbin for 4 years creating contents on lifestyle, relationship, beauty and all of that. But so far now, I've understood the importance of having a niche. I'm looking forward to starting a brand new channel, implementing all I've learnt so far here, using the Answering specific questions technique, I believe my channel will do well, bringing me closer to my propose of starting my small business here (KZbin channel)

this video is a goldmine of encouragement and practical advice for small KZbin channels like mine! 🌟 I'm deeply grateful for the insights shared, especially the reminder that success doesn't happen overnight and the importance of persistence. The idea that we should give ourselves 10 years to master our craft is both humbling and motivating. It's refreshing to hear that even without immediate views, each video is a step towards improvement and potentially making a significant impact down the line. Your emphasis on the journey, embracing failures as lessons, and the need to keep uploading despite the odds really resonates with me. It’s a powerful call to action to focus on what we love doing and to keep pushing forward with passion and patience. Also, the tips on improving with every video, focusing on our audience, and the technical advice on thumbnails, titles, and video ideas are incredibly helpful. Thank you for putting together such an inspiring and informative piece. It's creators like you who make the KZbin community an amazing place to grow and learn. Keep up the fantastic work, and know that your efforts are making a real difference in the lives of small channel creators. Here's to many more years of creating, learning, and sharing! 🚀💙

One of my videos popped off and it’s making me some money and bringing in a consistent stream of subscribers. I’m focusing on being consistent with posting once a week and making quality cooking videos that I think my audience wants to see. One of the greatest struggles I have is still balancing school and KZbin, it is messing up my consistency on uploading videos. I hope we all make it one day.

Definitely saw a change when we stopped watching the views and started focusing on the work. The feedback we get shapes what content we prioritise. 4 years and grinding. Maybe 2024 will be our breakthrough?

I’ve been working on my channel for almost a year and consistently uploading once a week. God willing I’ll be able to monetize before the year’s end. It’s been rough. It’s so rough to reach the “watch time”. Just keep it up guys. Don’t stop.

Great compilation guys 🎉🙏 It’s supposed to be hard because the barrier of entry is so low. What’s working for me is when you know your WHY you can tolerate any HOW.
