An idea for a good story: A world that has two realms but the other realm is closed because of something that happened. (FOR EXAMPLE: A WAR THAT CLOSED THE ENTRANCE) There is magic in ONE of the realms but the other doesn't. The only way to get in is: -In one's dream while wearing a certain jewelry -After death (geez, that got dark) -Ritual -Activation words (unknown) -Gift from older generations -Only the chosen ones get to get in I don't know if this helped, but feel free to use this idea! The plot is up to you, and what the story goes with. Maybe after the protagonist went into the other realm, their identities change? I don't know, but sounds awesome to me. (P.S. I'm doing the exact same thing but with a certified jewelry)
