You use an umbrella company which i will be happy to recommend one once you have candidates needing to be paid. They will just send you the profit and foot the bill

Only if you run a temporary agency and providing staff to care homes or home care for the odd shift. You don’t need to be CQC registered if your doing permanent staffing
