It's not the usual SIP pod, but a topic I as an entrepreneur am very much interested in, working on not in the business. As a live example, I would have been curious to learn more about how you, Greg, structure, run, or co-run your companies. Maybe for another podcast, if you are willing to provide some insight into how this can be implemented with maximum leverage at a reasonable effort, given that it doesn't get easier the bigger the HoldCo grows.

Was very much looking for this topic this week. Would love your & Michael's insight. Currently have 1 LLC set up for consulting work I do and a small amount of paid content. About to launch a micro-SaaS (and would like to launch a bunch more in the future). Better to create a hold co or for now create a 2nd LLC for the micro-SaaS and in the future move under/create a holding Co?

Mr. Hold Co but doesn’t have a Hold Co?!? 🤡 your taxes will still be a mess filling a ton of schedule k’s on his personal taxes. In this case it’s actually a lot more simple to have a hold co instead of rolling everything unto himself personally.
