I am still trying to figure out my style of journaling. I have branched out more this past year and have completed at least two journals now that I have started to not to give myself rules but I am still thinking I should have rules but that's the anxiety I have about not getting it right. I thank you Lizzie for giving me the confidence to change my mind of how I think about journaling!
