I wish I would have commented sooner to thank you for all the tips, tricks, and advice. I watched this video about 2 months ago and put all your words to work. I started with just my pickup truck, registered my business, made a website, and went to work knocking on doors. Today, 2 months in, im now equiped with 2 trailers - one being a standard trailer used for hauling junk/scrap metal, and the other for renting out for people to fill up and Ill pick it up the next day to haul away. Both trailers were completely funded by what Ive made and reinvested back into the business, plus have made just shy of $6,000 in net profits. I'm on track to drop my full time job to be 100% committed to my business, and I can't help but thank you enough man. This video has built my life long passion.

Just watched this video, and read your comment and it honestly inspired me. I’ve been working in construction for about two years now. @adamcarcache1009 Congrats brother! I have a few tips and tricks I've learned along the way in what is now 4 months in. I'm looking to buy a dump trailer soon, I'm on my local radio now, verified on Google whole nine yards. These have been the most stressful yet stress free I've been yet haha

I'd like to tell everyone who is starting out....don't do a job for FREE. And by that I mean CHEAP !!! There is a guy in town here who will do a 1/2 ton load for $50...and that include the dump fee. He is NOT making money. Think about your time, the cost of insurance and your truck, then add profit. It's OK to start small...rent a U-haul truck or a trailer if you have to....but START. My biggest tip...bring a broom....people love it when the job is clean. All the best, Rick

Put GOD Frist and everything will come in place Seek Jesus Christ if you haven’t I am a witness of his Grace and Mercy and Love If it wasn’t for him I would not of been here alive and thanks to him I have salvation:)) You can too just seek him with all your heart He is waiting for you Keep your head high Don’t ever give up on the Holy trinity (GOD,Jesus Christ,Holy Spirit) At the end nothing will matter. Everything in the world will come to and end. The only thing that’s forever is the holy trinity and his kingdom. GOD be with you and your family. I definitely pray for you May GOD show the light of his kingdom through our Lord and savior Jesus Christ To you and your family and pray to GOD and ask for the Holy Spirit (comforter) to show you the narrow path to GOD kingdom and keep you in righteousness to his kingdom. Romans 10:9 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. John 3:16 For God so loved the world,9 that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. John 14:26 ESV But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you

I am currently in a shitty office job that I hate. I have cleaned up several properties for myself and find it enjoyable. My concern is do you think it’s possible to make $100-120k a year starting out? I work 7 days a week and 10-12 hours a day now and I do not mind doing what I have to. I just want to stop dealing with the corporate BS that I deal with. I would rather find some real estate agents, and smaller construction companies that flip houses ect that may be willing to get me some business. I can see about partnering with many groups like car clubs and off road clubs to help clean up for press coverage. I think I could take it far. And the position I am in at work currently I basically run a department at work and knowing the numbers is second nature. It really comes down to finding the work.

So I got questions , regarding your LLC so is it a s-corp or a general single member LLC ? Do you pay yourself as sole proprietor ? How much liability insurance coverage is needed, what about taxes standard 15.7 % or more . what do you pay a crew per day or hour ? What is your overhead cost ? What is your advertising cost , what additional certificate or certification are needed ? Do you need a store front or office space ? Or is this a home based business occupancy.

@SteveConroy1
@SteveConroy1 3 жыл бұрын
I will always buy new. More expensive up front but you are the only driver of that vehicle. I've got buddies that buy their trucks used (for landscaping to masonry and junk removal and dumpster rental) and they always end up sinking almost what they bought the thing for to keep it running. People beat the shit out of their equipment and trade it in every year or so. I treat my equipment like its brand new, because it is. That being said, if you don't have the funds, you need to do what you need to do. I love the Fords. The cab overs are the classic junk removal truck, but I hate how you feel every little bump when your driving and in my opinion they suck in the snow

Dope dope love the information. Something a lot of people including myself is that we think that we need all this stuff to start something. We don’t realize that all these successful people started out with nothing. Don’t get me wrong a lot of them had a lil boost but it’s the ones who start with nothing that make a great story
