Always , have a visionary business plan. Yeah, i do business planned, before i get license. I would wait to you get cliental contracts and a have the business a transportation services , before you do hiring if you growing far. I do plan on gaining after these steps are done. ❤ I love to work 2 years and build my own business, by myself, before i start hiring, build some money value 🎉 the business first , before hiring others.
