How to start a property business with £10k

Can you start a property business with £10k of savings?
You can do it even with no money down, if you follow the right path.
My property investing business success is based on two major factors - my knowledge and my contacts. When you do not have any of these, and a small amount of savings, you might feel either that you cannot make it, or expect to get rich overnight by using some magic formula.
That magic formula doesn’t exist, and I do not agree with dream sellers who tell you how to get rich in 90 days. But I can tell you how to take a solid, long term growth path that will make you wealthy in time.
You lay the foundations of your property start up by understanding the property market in your chosen location and continue by identifying the right strategies, networking, building a portfolio.

Thanks Saj, great content, can you please elaborate more about sourcing, any specific skills needed ? finding deals is key as you advised but where to start is the question. Also you mentioned building cashflow and rent could be a good source of income but this will require decent income and 25% deposit, so building a portfolio of 5 or more units will require quite a decent amount of funding..any tips how you can release equities from existing properties to buy a new one ?

Hi Saj, Can you make a video on how to source property deals for people who may not be familiar with the UK property market... like auction here is a big thing but I never heard of that (rarely) in the North American market. My sec question is on sourcing the finance. What if you don’t want to borrow from the interest based mortgage? Do you think you can enter the property market and be successful with the Islamic mortgage or hpp finance given they require 20% deposit and higher monthly pmts? Finally, you recommend working for someone before starting out yourself. What is that’s not an option for some people, given where they are in life right now? Do you have any advise how they succeed since they don’t have that learning opportunity

If you have a £10k ,no doctor or accountant would trust you with their money to help them. Minimum deposit is £15%. So £200k you need £30k. Or you tell us to start a business like estate agent
