When I created my community, the "join" button is not on the front page. People must click on a post within the community in order to access the "join" button. Is there a way to fix this?

Reddit doesn't allow image and video hosting on NSFW subs and profiles. You have to use a third-party site to upload your content and then upload it to Reddit via link, everyone (mostly) on the NSFW subs use Redgifs.

It depends on your definition of a blog. You can submit posts and make comments on Reddit, but that’s about it. I don’t consider using Reddit as blogging tbh.

It may be because I have more karma points so Reddit let me add more specifics to the categories when creating a community. So I’d give it some time after you’ve created it and then check back later.
