Me and my friend started an Smma last week. I already run a home service company so we are diving into those. Showing the way you did the free trial ads and giveaways was so helpful and now i feel so much more confident about fulfilling our first client. You guys really are the best smma channel out there.

I am starting out a SMMA in Singapore. I would love and value to win the monthly giveaway to learn even more and understand how to scale this business. As a ex business onset who failed because of not mowing how to grow, I hope I can win it. Also, I have to mention that this is a awesome video and it honestly cleared some clarifications which were some hurdles that were demotivating and questioning myself of a SMMA business. Great content!!

Your channel feels like its so much more direct because of the smaller fan base. When you look at people like Iman all their videos are as generic as possible to appeal to his crazy huge audience, but then take someone like you or Jorden Platten that show you get better with actual step by step action plans that are realistic for a nobody to follow.

100% we want this channel to be laser focused. Someone could watch theses videos, take action, and start making money today. Both David and I have personal KZbin channels where we’ll talk about our personal broader interests, but this is the classroom, where you can hone your skills 💯

A lot of the things said in this video were eye openers for me starting my SMMA. One of the main takeaways I got out of it was the emphasis on education and going to networking meetups. The value of meeting people and soaking up information and forming new connections doesn’t have a limit and you guys opened up my eyes to that in this industry. Most definitely a great video!!

One of the biggest things that helped me from this video was starting off with a giveaway, it works and is perfect for lead generation for companies. As well as the reminder to keep the pipeline going, even after booking clients.

I just recently started my agency and it’s been a rollercoaster lol. I took on two clients instead of just one for the trial and getting used to the software and overthinking about campaigns has been a lot but I liked how you simplified it especially with canva, and showing it’s not as big of a hurdle as it might seem. So thank you !!

Wow! I've been a social media manager and marketer for the past 4 years and I just made the decision to start an agency. This is the perfect video to guide any one who is about to begin. The section about building a team was so important to me. I've actually been wondering how I was going to do that. Thank you so much.

AMAZING- your video taught me why focusing on lead generation is the best approach when securing my first clients. I didn't realize that building a brand, and focusing on organic content, would have such a long lead time before anything tangible was realized. Clients want results quickly. A list of leads delivers exactly that. Extremely helpful video, thank you for providing this content for free!!

Watching a 30-minute video is usually a challenge, but your content managed to captivate my attention right from the start, keeping me engaged until the very end. Your insightful analysis of the topic provided answers to some of the most pressing questions I had been struggling with. Breaking down complex concepts into smaller, understandable pieces was a game-changer, especially for someone like me who is new to this field. Your attention to detail, from mentioning the importance of a professional email, website and other crucial elements, added a practical dimension to the information you shared. The tip about not narrowing down into one niche initially was particularly enlightening and has given me a clear starting point as I venture into establishing my own SMMA. I'm genuinely grateful for the valuable insights you provided, and I'm eager to implement your tips as I kickstart my own journey in the world of social media marketing. Thanks a bunch for the invaluable information!

I have been a social media manager/digital marketer for 2+ years now. I feel overwhelmed by being the person who does EVERYTHING. Wanting to expand myself but feeling the fear behind starting an agency. This video gave me so much clarity and insight. I feel like I have the in source I need to outsource and teach others how to do it so it's done right. You've helped me realize I am ready to take this leap. But I am definitely craving that support from you and your team! With taking on a huge investment currently and paying off debt, going for the giveaway 😜 is my intention. Sending so much gratitude to you and your team! Thank you for showing up for the people thinking about taking this incredible leap!! ~ Sabrina

Love it! You certainly have a great background for this space. If it feels overwhelming to start an agency, just start with one client. Keep your existing role and slowly build it up over time. Once it makes sense to go full on into your business, you can make that decision, but really it's just one client at a time. We managed a few clients on the side before we proved it to ourselves that we could do this full time.

The thing that resonated with me the most was the fact I need to stop procrastinating and just start. I have been watching videos on SMMA for months and not doing anything. Just bought a domain, google workspace email, and made a logo with canva. Made the website with the free google sites for now lol. Going to start trying to do out reach through emails to local businesses in my area to offer the 1 week free trial. I need to figure out how to make a facebook ads account which I am going to look into now.

I appreciate your approach to niching down. I’ve heard other people say that it’s absolutely necessary that you niche down even to your name, etc. Being an established agency owner and trying to fit within that box is frustrating. I can create programs and offers for niches and closely related niches that make it possible to be appealing and add value. But trying to change everything and establish an entirely new business seems counter productive. Thank you for the common sense approach!! 🙏🏻😊👍🏻

I learned: How to pick a business name, why to avoid Gmail for my new email, how to quickly build a landing page website, how to pick and sell to the right, first client, the potential cons of outsourcing too quickly, how to focus on the pipeline and service offering, why it's important to know how to do what you will be asking your team to do, and lastly, how it can all be possible! Thank you!

Wow this video is so packed with value! I'm a social media manager and I want to level up my skills so I was a bit hesitant on what niche should I choose and I had this sentiment that I can't know from the beginning and I just want to try out different niches but all the gurus here seems to be set on choosing a niche it's refreshing to hear that I don't have to choose a niche from the start. This is the biggest insight I got from this video and I would love to be considered for the giveaway. I was also indecisive about whether to offer lead generation for service providers (I've seen people crush it with this) or social media management and fb ads for ecommerce brands because I like how creative it is (I've also seen people crush it with this generating millions for the business) But I think I will choose lead gen first. Like you said you don't know what you don't know so I'll keep trying different niches. Thanks for the great video!

The insourcing v outsourcing is such good advice, I definitely began thinking it would be easier to act as middle man and hand off roles to freelancers when getting started, but it is clearly more beneficial to hustle and learn first before bringing others in. Thanks for the video, so valuable.

My takeaway has to be insourcing vs. outsourcing. I definitely see the benefit in learning how to do the service you will be providing and getting experience under your wing before tackling it with outsourced workers.

WATCH THIS VIDEO - No B.S. very little sales pitch on some "how to program"> Of course they offer one of the highest rated programs so he mentions it gently. However this video differs from SO MANY of the 'SMMA' "How I MaDE $10,000 in my first five minutes of business" videos that are out there. All the items in his well organized list are actionable and direct. He actually gives specific actions that you can then take and go find your own path. This video has value over all the thinly veiled sales pitches that are vague and void of actionable information. Thanks for being genuine man.

Your video taught me a lot about building an smma but what really resonates with me is the “insourcing” because i strongly believe that if i had a first hand experience i’ll know the ins and outs so i can make better decisions for my future agency. So really my focus right now is to get some experience and case study and continued education

Such a great video! I currently have one client through an old employer, and realized I can really make this a business! i like how everything is broken down simply, where point of entry into the business is easy. A lot of other mentors or people advertising creating a SMMA want you to do things that would be better suited for someone further along in their journey. I am looking forward to learning more through your courses!

Hey Troy, totally understand- start here, utilize the free training on the channel. I’ve gotten messages from people landing their first few clients just from watching out KZbin. There’s also a pay pal credit option on the checkout page of the Blueprint that allows you to break up the payments into much smaller chunks. Hope that’s helpful- please let me know if you have questions along they way!
