I bought a course from a very successful craft content creator who also has a successful tee shirt business and she says you need to post 4-5 a day on FB in order to be successful and to have catchy posts. I’m not a sales person in any way and this is very intimidating for me.

Each time you invest in something like that, the teacher is going to teach what was successful for them. So if that's how they succeeded, they are going to teach you the same method. What I would encourage you to do is reframe how you view posting on social media. Marketing (like posting on social media, for example), is the only way to get new customers to your business. So though it might not be your favorite thing, it's the thing that is going to bring new eyes and new wallets to your business. That's a good thing! Plus, when you get new customers, it's usually because you are meeting a need that they have. So you can help them by creating sublimation items that they want, and you get a sale in return! :)

You can do both with your heat press! You don't have to choose :)

No, the ink will be dull and look funky until it's pressed on a polyester coated surface.
