I'm just curious as to why you would get a DBA instead of just Raptor sting as a regular business such as the LLC which has many tax benefits

Each person does it there own way so it's preference and what will be best for the business owner since every business is different.

I structured my business how I saw fit. I encourage every business owner to look into the many different structures to know what would be best for then instead of just going to LLC as default because that may not be what's best for that particular person or their business. God bless.💛

No ma'am. You can go to your county building to register your DBA (doing business as/assumed names). Then, depending on which type of entity you'd like to be(LLC, S Corp, 501C3 etc), you can do that next. They are separate steps in the process. 💛

No license is needed in Michigan but different states have different requirements. I recommend checking with the counties you plan to serve within your state.

You could do it how ever you see fit. A lot of notaries do both under one business but I personally think it's better to keep things separate. 💛
