I bought an 18” squeegee 18” microfiber scrubber, 14” scrubber, 12” swivel squeegee like in your video, a 25’ telescoping pole, 30 microfiber towels, microfiber applicator pads, safety glasses, a gallon of easy glide glass cleaner, a collapsible bucket etc I’m advertising on craigslist, offer up, Nextdoor and soon Facebook and Instagram. Actually, it costs more. You need to buy a bucket with a lid, one extension pole, three different size squeegees, micro fiber towels and a window scrubbing pad. Now, I not counting a vehicle/truck/car, these are separate. You really need to spend $200-$300 minimum for your equipment. You also need insurance which costs about $700-$1000 per year, plus a one time lawyer fee of about $400, and accounting fees which vary state to state. I use my own car at this time with a magnetic sign applied to the front doors. I have only done a few homes that I new I could handle-some jobs need large ladders that I did not have, so I declined doing them. I do it part time but want to go full time but I need to be patient. I like doing store front for now to get really good with the window mop and squeegee. People like to watch so I do little fancy spinning with my tools. Let them watch!
