Arctic Royal you could start off using your headset mic, but it will not be good quality. I say you start off using your headset then once you have enough money get the mic he just suggested, or even just a little mic that you can put on your shirt, it's like $15 on amzon and it's what I use for school projects. This is old but one thing I can recommend. I make beats and sometimes KZbin videos, FL Studio 12 is amazing for voice editing. You can make it sound deep and crisp at the same time with EQs, add slight reverb, pitching it, etc.

Mr. AR basically what happened was that I choose Ruin but in the match I was actually Reaper with Ruin's ability which was gravity spikes. I didn't notice it until the final killcam where I saw Reaper's hand holding the spikes or whatever and slaming it down.

Don't forget networking. It's probably one of the most important parts - I met you via Twitter. Also for those of you who want to use a headset for audio recording (DO NOT use the Astro A50 with Xbox One) There's a known issue where it effects the Xbox Controllers causing them to disconnect at random which in turn will interrupt your gameplay

I have been on KZbin for about the same length as Nick, just a tip. If you have a Blue Snowball it still isn't the best Studio quality so go ahead and download a software called voice meeter, and watch a tutorial on it. It will make the Snowball sound like a Yeti!

Jonathan McCue there should be a setting on the audio output portion of the settings. Basically you put your audio output as your tv speakers and headset and the capture card should record party chat.

I love my blue snowball :) the sound is great I just started filming Minecraft videos and I use screen flow and it incorporates the webcam and the screen capture and mic and I love the quality then I edit in final cut pro

So granted, I have all the stuff that you mentioned it's just different types. I am mostly doing PC. So I'm using OBS and for that I have my Yeti Blue mic and the thing that I'm most curious about is how does Audacity work? Can it work with OBS as well? Also is Adobe After Effects a lot like Sony Platinum? And finally, I'm doing vlogs with my Canon t6 and it's hard figuring out how to shoot video and know it's coming out right or even how to shoot vlogs properly. Should I just stick with doing vlogs with my iPhone?

Theirs many free programs that you can use for your gaming channels! 1) Audacity - This program is a life saver! It's considered to be one of the top programs to use for audio recording. If you have a microphone or a built in mic in your pc/laptop, you can readjust it so that your audio (voice) sounds professional! 2) OBS ( Open Broadcaster Software) - Is another free program that captures and record games on your screen! 3) Editing Software like Sony Vegas 13! - Theirs ways to get this editing software, you could either buy one or just look up how to download them for free. This editing software is pretty decent! 4) Logitech Webcam Software - I personally use the Logitech Webcam Software and use my C920 Logitech camera, and it gives up to 1080p! Which is very good quality for your videos! TL:DR - There is lots of resources out their to help you get started on your channel! I suggest you start researching and find what best suits you!
