Do you sign a commercial lease with the landlord for 5 years or take an ast and the let it out on holiday let to tenants? Or Airbnb? 2. Who pays for the maintenance of the property? One boiler break down or white food replacements? 3. Who pays for the roof repair? Or external repair?

The only R2R millionaires will get their money from selling courses, not from this. Look at their numbers, they’d need the property full every night of the year to be pulling in £3k per month and they’re claim to charge way over the going rates on AirBnB. Prove me wrong

Did you know that most of these properties you are using the landlords are breaching there mortgage contract as most buy to let’s won’t allow you to this. This is a huge risk as if something happened with the property or a tenant than insurance won’t pay up and all parties will be facing criminal charges.i own hmos and properties on my buy to let’s my mortgage company won’t allow me to do this , me personally would never take this risk as you could potentially face a Jail Sentence if something serious happened.
