I cannot say if it's legal or not legal. I can only say from observation and experience, that's the way many of these theme pages has worked, they simply grab the footage and give proper credit and tag them in the caption. Of course, if you are still concerned with copyright issues, the only bulletproof way is to reach out to the original owner of the content, and get permission.

I personally use paid versions for both Canva and Capcut, but everything I showed in the video can be done with just the free version for both tools. To make reels from zero, you just need to film your own original content and edit them 🙂
