This is the first time I've listened to this guy giving the interview. I like what I hear! He's very engaging. Loved listening to this interview.

This is more like a fireside chat about leading a small business and less like an instructional video with concrete step by step instructions. Worth watching either way.

It's a fine interview, but it had very little to do with how to start and scale a business. I wish you would change the title.

Although I appreciate the encouragement for kind management, Mr. Ramsey & host are tragically out of touch in some ways. E.g. what about all the people with student loans who CAN'T file bankruptcy like you did, all while Betsy D'Vos and other "Christian" lawmakers you probably voted for profit handsomely off their misery? What does God/ scripture say about this?

One of the best interviews of Dave and his business

Dave Ramsey is one of the finest financial minds on air today, his way is not the only way and is very reliant on taking little risk and taking advantage of common sense, hard work and time. You follow his advice you will become a millionaire period. If you enjoy more risk there are other methods, only you can decide🤓👍🏽

Hey guys most of you aren’t understanding the true meaning of the interview, it is about starting and scaling a business, if you look at the deeper meaning of the interview you would understand that the keys to starting an scaling a business is to first start with evaluating yourself and always put your customer first with the mind of a servant
@vankyer7584 жыл бұрын
Nah, it's about stocks and options.

A leader's personal life, dedication to learning, understanding and growing through challenges, are as important for integrity and vision as the business persona. Maybe more!

Dave mentioned "high D personality" 18:15 is this in reference to culture index?
@kirbylogan54494 жыл бұрын
This is in reference to the DiSC personality assessment (D = Dominance, i = Influence, S = Steadiness, C = Conscientiousness). I'm an combo of i and D!

Key : "I met God on the way up But got to know Him on the way down ." So powerful and real . Also , I know what God has called me for but @ this point I don't know how it will look like. I love Dave's style - it's me 😂

I AM AN OVERCOMER, I don’t believe in any higher power; but I admire his faith and am an absolute fan on how his beliefs drive him to be a better person. Anyone that is faithful or spiritual or compassionate and uses it drive him /her to bring light into the world, you got my support 🤓👍🏽

I appreciate Dave @ 10:26 standing up for the millennial generation, saying it's a problem for any person who's new to it. I'm pretty sick of hearing people rag on millennials all the time.

One of the biggest threats with success is arrogance. Its pretty damn hard to stay humble when EVERYONE wants your time/help. Daves legacy will continue when he is dead due to computer storage (audiobooks, youtube ect). Since he is getting "old" and worried about his company after he is gone maybe try to shift the brand focus from "The Dave Ramsey show" to "Financial Peace" more aggressive. A good man leaves something for his grand children but if the brand is granddad himself it might be harder to follow up on.

I think he may have read this comment. Since you wrote it, he's changed the name to the Ramsey Show and the Ramsey Personalities all host and he hosts less. There's about 6 Personalities that have their own brands and specialties in addition to Dave.

Such a lovely man! Inspirational! I am happy to know he went back to pay 💰 back his creditors for I too don’t want to die not paying mine, may the Almighty Lord above the Heavens and the Earth the Owner of the Majestic Throne safeguard me, Ameen. I love 💕 that he has a smile on his face! It’s good he dismisses the people who are ungrateful for the help he has ✅ to them. I have learned it the hard way after being stabbed behind my back so many times and being hurt by them. When ever you do any act of kindness for the sake of your Creator it doesn’t matter what anyone says and/or does to you.

Every money-hungry individual (nothing is wrong with it, maybe not as much now that it comes easy for you), self-proclaim to be "religious", will always try to bamboozle you into believing in God. Mixing business with pleasure? Thanks for a critical thinker in the comment section for not making me waste almost an hour of my time, just for a bait-and-switch.

I will state again; Dave Ramsey is the best when it comes to helping people to get out of debt. But Dave Ramsey is one of the worst person to follow as it relates to how to build wealth which always amounts to investing in mutual funds. Also telling people to save up money to buy real estate cash is the dumbest advice he gives. The average individual would take twenty years just to save for the down payment and by that time the price of real estate would have moved even further. Its dumb advice that seldom work.

I agree, he was making 6 figures during bankruptcy 6:43 8n the eighties when gas was 60 cents a gallon. He has strong principles and his brand is a rock no one will break. He used Gods management principles from bible and runs his business like that. Jesus was poor yet leveraged people and did not let peoples opinions interfere with his mission. Dave regardless was always wealthy 6:43

Stephen Williams as many problems there are more than one solution, if you follow Dave’s advice to the detail you will be a millionaire but his method is on the extreme side of little risk; and more time; but it works, you also can become wealthy taking on more risk with less time and come to the a similar or better range of wealth such as what Robert Kiyosaki teaches, both Dave and Robert have great advice to give, we need to find one we are excited and comfortable with🤓👍🏽
