BMW makes their own dashcam as well which is the one I would recommend. But if you do have your own, it will only void the warranty if something happens to your vehicle in terms of you making that modification.

Just a quick question. Some channels are suggesting that bmw is including a watch movie & other video streaming feature in their 2024 models with i8 - 9. Any idea if they are going to do same with the i7 in their 2023 models? A reply will be very informative & certainly much appreciated. Thanking you in advance.

So far i've only seen KZbin and yes I have seen it on a later model 2023 i7 as well. The only downside with these apps is that you would have to get esim with your vehicle, which is an additional monthly fee through verizon or another compatible service provider. Esim is pretty useless in my opinion so not something i'd get into. No word on netflix yet, also with these video streaming apps you may already know but the vehicle has to be parked. It could be a good thing if you plan on using it when you're charging your vehicle.

I replaced the dead battery in my key fob and everything is working again. However, the “key fob battery discharged” message still persists every time I start the car. How can I clear it please?

It should go away after a while, I would give it about 10 times of starting and turning off the car, and see if that makes it go away.

Damn how did you know my key battery is dead!? Btw I noticed after locking my car the other day it suddenly started blinking continiously, was it trying to tell me please replace battery?

I just happen to know everything.. that outfit you have on looks nice as well.. =) Not sure why it would do that, the only situations where it would is if the panic alarm was set off.
