Not even from Europe and I wait 2 to 3 weeks for musikding kits and am completely fine with it. What I like about them is they also carry kits from USA pcb companies. I order from there because let's say pedalpcb sells a dod punkifier, well they only sell the pcb on their site, but on musikding you can buy the whole kit.

I want to use a crappy toy walkie-talkie for a pedal, its sound quality is kinda crap but im intrested to see how that will maKe my guitar sound, only im not sure where to attach the "input" the walkie talkie obviously has an atenna that recieves radio waves and outputs it to the speaker But yhe speaker also recieves input and turns it into radio waves So i am thinking Replace the speaker with the inpout from the guitar And then output to the amp through the antenna? Not sure of it would work so simply Obviously it will need to be powered and also the speak button will need to be always activated

🤔 yeah I'm working on the same thing but I only have one. I think it could work. Depending on how the speaker button works you might be able to just bridge the connections so one is always the in and one is always the out

@@zurowetz Awesome! SO I just watched and let me start off by saying thank you for your effort and time! I will definitely be following these steps and slowly start learning 😁 I also have some feedback & questions though 😉 1. Around 21:19 you say the grounding issue is obvious BUT that's the thing for beginners it isn't 🤷♂️ It would be great if you could also make OR recommend a video that covers the basics of electronics = ground, volts, wattage, ohm, impedance, Hi-Z, AC vs DC, polarity, balanced vs unbalanced signals, etc = what does it mean and how does it work. It might be a lot to ask for so my apologies if I seem demanding but it's so freaking hard to find one simple video (series?) describing these things in a clear, logical & objective way. Most videos on the subject expect you to already have some knowledge, so are not noob friendly 😅 Again maybe this exists already? So I can understand if you don't feel like making this you could just share it 🤷♂️🙏🙏 2. I think adding timestamps + captions/videolinks will also be helpfull in your video's 😉 3. I know and l'm SUPER glad you're making another video about all the parts; what they're called & what they do BUT you only mention that at the last part; you've got to understand that when an absolute beginner hears is the word resistor and doesn't immediately get an explanation of what it is the chance is pretty big they won't be as motivated anymore. I'm glad that I'm the type of person to finish watching a video to see what's left to learn but sadly a lot of people aren't and I can sympathize with them because there are so many videos on KZbin that just do not explain things properly. 4. So from the conversations we've had before you might or might not have remembered that I want to use pedal building as my gateway into learning and understanding about electronics. Like you say in the video it will be useful to learn how to use a soldering iron even if you don't end up building pedals. I bought myself a simple breadboard kit (I will add the link later) and was wondering if you'll make a video about using breadboards? Maybe workings together with the simple true bypass switcher you showed? 5. hopefully you'll also do a video how buffered vs true bypass works? PLUS a video about using the multimeter?? 🙏 6. Thanks again dude! You have yourself a follower!!

@@boimesa8190 yeah most of the things you mention are videos I'm gonna make, it just takes time to make them. I want to make sure I make them to the best of my ability. What I said about ground issues being obvious, I only meant the ground to the output jack because once you start building and you've made more than one pedal it will become obvious to you even if you are a beginner. The same thing goes for the names of parts, as soon as you start you will quickly learn what they're called even if you don't fully know what they do. So you just need to start 🙂👍 you'll be amazed by how quickly you learn
