You got the right idea and place to race just got to keep the interest up and drivers happy. I've been in a few clubs over the years and seen them fade away but mini z's are smaller and tracks are easier to change up. Looks like a great time and reminds me of the old days racing 1/12. I do have a few Z's and my favorite brand is Kyosho but my favorite scale are Dnano's and I have everything I need for a racing club of 4 but haven't tried recruiting drivers yet. some day maybe...

Where did you get the track material and white side bumpers

We use a foam track sold commercially in USA as RCP Track and sold elsewhere branded as Kyosho Grand Prix Circuit Track
