12:39 is a very accurate statement. The goal of the game is to earn money so you can automate the process as much as possible so you can earn LOTS more money....that you can't actually buy anything with, lol. I will always envy people that can get into games like this :(

This game is soo much of a grind. As you progress you get less and less chicken nuggets. Its cool in the beginning, but later it gets soooooooo fricken tedious. U got to pay me to play this game cuz its soo much work

Any way for me to get past the choppy camera movement? In its current state, bought the game and it crashes on PS5 every in game hour and moving the camera causes the world to shake like it’s struggling to load the assets.

yep no need to pan doing it this way just go smelt the nugget gold. and buy a T2 set up and wave table to clean the gold.

I'm playing on normal with nuggets. The new drilling for nuggets is sort of "broken" or "OP." You can basically skip Tier 2 and jump to Tier 3/Tier 4 if you play with nuggets. Basically get all the Tier 1 stuff. No loan. No water pump. Shovel and dump water through the crappy hog pan. Get like 10 ounces, or more your choice. Lease the drill for a day or two, buy an extra drill bit or two, get the small gas trailer and some gas. Drill the claim, try to hit multiple "drill spots" by drilling in between the drill circles when you zoom into the gold map. Playing on 1x time, I am on day one at 1PM and have 1000 ounces from finding nuggets while drilling with the leased drill. By the time I'm done drilling all the spots a couple times, I may have 2000 ounces. Now you can basically jump right to Tier 3/Tier 4 and skip that stupid wash plant and small excavator. If you do the Tier 3 setup, at least get the nugget grates in the sluice to the trommel. My two cents...

yeah, I made up the drill meta strat the season it came out to win the leaderboard. :) lol fully know its power and also how lame it is to watch... as a viewer. Been chatting with the devs about maybe removing it and implementing a new catch-up mechanic to the game. as soon as you drill its Taints your save and makes normal mode LAME!!! Also suggested an option in the game menu is to turn off drilling for nuggets.

@@splitintwogaming Nice. I hadn't played in years, but watched someone start last season, and saw this drill thing and was like...WTF?! They capped it a 1400 ounces last season I guess. I'm torn because it's obviously unbalanced...but I HATE Tier 2.

@@josephiudice8287 its more of a leaderboard thing not sure why they ever put it in normal mode or easy mode. they added it to speed up the time it takes to gain meta gear and workers for people who want to compete in seasonal gold totals i had them add a 1400 oz nugget cap to the drilling on leaderboard because it was to easy to just drill 4koz then push a 80 hour season and GG 50k oz of gold in under 100 hours so.

@@splitintwogaming For you to be able to "get them to add stuff," you must have an amazing amount of "pull" with the devs. Some light "griping" on the Steam forums almost got me banned from their forums, and lead to me uninstalling and quitting playing years ago...lol. I came back days ago due to nostalgia over "imaginary digging for imaginary gold...lol." Despite the wonky bugs, it's the only game like it. If you have so much pull, and I have seen your love of HUNDREDS of buckets, one of my complaint/asks several years ago was the ability to stack those white plastic buckets as one can in real life. Maybe stacks of 10?. I asked for this several years ago and apparently years later that still hasn't happened...lol. Also I was upset about paydirt gold loss that apparently occurred from "digging from the bottom" with a front loader. I haven't done any forum digging in my return, but I assume you still lose gold and paydirt digging from the bottom with a front loader. I wish you didn't... Lastly, thanks for taking the time to chat. I have been pretty isolated the last few years, and don't work. So other than my wife I really have absolutely no human interaction on a day to day basis. Which can get depressing...

iv been with helping the dev team for 5 years now. also promoting the game by streaming it for also that same amount of time for free. Many think I can just snap my fingers and make it happen. some things yes like basic coding or a balance issue I can chat with them about and if it fits the whole picture they might make a change. Buckets stacking is on the list of changes to add to the game only time will tell the way the fell is tuned is it gets lower gold per M3 because it's so overpowered on yardage VS the excavator ... and when paired with a Frank the yardage potential is unmatched. it's not that it's deleting gold it's just a Ballance thing. Also, you will lose some amount of gold-digging from the bottom but that is a speed over the Quality of gold Strat. in the past long ago the loader use to over-push the wall face and act like the dozer. that has been fixed so that deletion of gold was fixed Also yeah Steam forums are Toxic the mods are a bit harsh on that.. as they see a Ton of people just complaining all the time and most of the time it's a user error. and we have seen thousands of it and Dev hate over the years so they can be a bit jumpy. should jump in-stream some time i stream on Twitch 12pm Pst

@@MrKeysersoze1981 still need money to rent a Drill. so this is still valid even on pc. i used it on the last LB to get the money to drill for my whole T5 and workers. as for console getting drilling for nuggets atm no time frame on if or when we will get them.

30 ounces of nuggets from hog pans is enough to rent drill and drill claim. Along with worker tab unlock. Get fuel tank along with extra drill bits.

Drilling entire claim can net close to 2 million in nuggets. Renting other claims can get 3 million or so per claim. It's a grind though.

Thanks you so much for these videos. I hate the god damn tutorial which is bugged out and everything lags on tutorial. Not in main game. This video got me to really enjoy this game, even with some glitches. Playing on xbox. You earned a follower and some likes. From the tutorial i did not understood that I could have water pump like this. I was using buckets to fill water A fun unnecessary fact - I live in Sweden and here we mine 5-7 ton of pure gold each year, which is one of the largest amount in Europe. Some scientists claims that Sweden has same amount of gold here like they have in Alaska. Fun fact. Where is the second video

Game is unplayable on my ps4. Kinda bummed. What fps are y'all getting. I keep dropping to less than 10 with a 2700x and 5700xt. Niether ever reach 100% utilization. Any clue how to fix this? Running 1080p ultra wide

on Ps5 only time the game seems laggy is when you are running around in First person mode .. but when in the equipment it seems fine. and a hand full of buggs. on pc for me iv had no real problems just a hand full of buggs.

depends on what kinda games you are into. myself I love the TV show and sim games. so this was a must-have even know it has bugs and some performance issues. Devs are working on these problems atm. and new content for the game.
