Hi Dale, by the way my name is Anil very nice to meet you. I would definitely like to get your feedback on one more stock that I have traded in the past the company is TITOMIC LTD ticker code (TTT). My entry price was $1.45 and my exit price was $2.30. Have been watching this for the last few months closely just wondering what's your thoughts on the pattern at the current moment, I believe it's formed a cup and handle the handle has been formed and is about to go out into a Breakout position but i am waiting on volume confirmation. I have also noted that it's trading above it's 50 day moving average and the 200 day moving average in the last couple of weeks and that also applies to the RSi which it is trading above the two moving averages. Come to say all that if the price is rejected at these current levels I believe it's a continuation of the down trend. I would very much appreciate your feedback from a point of view of a experience technical Trader. I'll look forward to hearing from you thanks again Dale. Kind regards, Anil

Hi Anil, Welcome to our KZbin channel. Thank you for posting questions, it is good to see you are keen about the market. With regards to Titomic, to be totally up front with you, this is not a stock I would spend time on analysing. It has very low liquidity and this means higher risk, on stocks like these volatile moves can and do occur. This volatility can't be predicted with any great certainty and I do not believe the rules you are using will be highly effective. You might get lucky on one trade, but you will more than likely give it all back on others plus more. Pattern analysis on these sorts of stocks like you mentioned is also not reliable. Right now what I can see is a low liquid stock that has a high chance of falling further. I may be wrong in this view, but that is ok with me.

I am in Papua New Guinea and am keen to invest in some of the Australian Stocks. Is it possible to do this online or do i need to be in Australia.

Hi Bobby, I do not believe you need to be in Australia, as many people in New Zealand trade in the Australian market. You may find that you can set up an account with a bank where you are, say Westpac or ANZ who are both in PNG, and then trade through their online portal. I am sure there will be a way to do it. Hi Dale, Thank you for your thoughts and reviewing Bellamys Australia (BAL) chart. Very much appreciate your feedback. I did end up trading bellamy's when it was $13.50 and I exited the trade at $19.50. I did end up shorting it after that at $17.30 and exited at $14. I personally think it has another 2 months of bottoming out as we are waiting the approval from the Chinese drug administration to approve bellamy's to sell it's product on the Chinese market which is not due to be released early next year but no time frame has been set yet. It doesn't also help that the Chinese drug administration had a restructure and and rename mid this year. Which delayed the process of approving a lot of international companies to sell into China over the internet and retail stores.
