Hola, My suggestion is to include things you enjoy listening to or watching in English, but do it in Spanish. If you have a favorite movie or show, look for the Spanish version. The same thing for music, try to listen to the genre you like in Spanish. Have fun! Try to do mini challenges in speaking. Go to your local Spanish speaking store and try to establish a conversation with the cashier and/or owner in Spanish. It doesn't have to be long, but if you do this successfully, you'll be sending positive signals to your brain. Do as many mini challenges as you can to help take away the anxiety of mistakes. Find a friend that speaks Spanish and can help you in conversations. Or if you have access to paying for a tutor, you can do so within italki or any of the other companies that do this. You could also use the ChatGPT app (if available to you), it nows has a voice option on cell phone and you can actually ask it for conversations on a specific topic and to correct you. It's a great feature. And if you did not start with a guide, start now. Create your own guide of things you want to learn (because you use them on a daily basis) and check off what you already know and work on what needs work. It is also absolutely ok to take a break. Be nice to yourself. I hope this helps 🤗
