great video!! helped a lot. Only thing (and please don't take it in a bad way), your talking was too slow the video sounds mostly better in 1.25, maybe something to improve there, or not :D

Well for native speakers it's too slow, for people struggling a bit with english it's good. I'm not a native speaker myself and in all honesty I can't talk much faster without starting to talk nonsense :D Thanks for your feedback, from some people I've heard I'm only digestible at 1,5x speed so that sounds like I got better :D
