Hey there! Just looking at this video. Are the boots you wore in the video made for cosplay-only? Where can I find a cool AC boot like you used in the video but for casual purposes instead of cosplay so it's durable? I bought an AC cosplay boot just to use casually and as an constantly action-seeking person, it easily broke and also the glue melted in hot. I was searching for long boots for casual use but it is impossible to find one, it's either short or cosplay.

Haha, I remember watching this last year when I couldn't really do anything except for backflips . . . but everything changed after meeting you and CBR Stunts in person, and now I learn about 1 to 4 advanced tricks every week I go to the Parkour gym. A year ago, I thought that I wouldn't be able to do the stuff I'm doing now until I'd hit my 20's, but here I am at 15 doing gainer fulls, corkscrews, huge vaults, wall runs, and all sorts of tricks! I'm so glad to be taught from the best. :)

This video took me on a 3 year journey many years ago. It changed me forever. Eventually i learned many things from parkour, and i decided to explore other disciplines. I went on to practice MMA, wrestling and then BJJ for around 2 years all in all, before deciding that these things are not for me. I was 13 when i found this video. Now i'm 20 and I practice calisthenics, which suits me well. Thanks for the journey.

The situational awareness in some of the advanced parkour and trick stuff is crazy. I'm very clumsy, so even something simple like the handrail jumping at 0:55 blows my mind. He knows how far he has to jump before he turns, his eyes are just making the final adjustments. I suppose it's just a matter of practice, like balance

Dubstepiste Even lifting heavy weight's won't make you bulky to a certain extent (unless you go pro). Females simply have not enough testosterone to create and maintain such muscle mass. The bulky, huge women that you see have been training extremely hard for 5+ years (bodybuilding style) and yes, taken hormones. Doing parkour, as doing martial arts, lifting weights, doing Street Workout, etc. won't get you big and bulky, quite the contrary. So yeah, go on, stay fit and stay sexy.
