@@GuardianAngelEatos depends what location i have my machines in. If its in a resturaunt or a grocery store that have employees near by, i place small locks. If they are in a laundry mat or someplace with no one there to watch, i put thicker locks on. Brinks brand locks or other similar locks work great

Well if you are looking to start a route and make money i recomend them. I am not sure of your age, but if you have decent credit and are above 18 yrs old, the way I really expand my business was to apply for a 0 Apr intrest Credit Card. I was able to get 15 months of 0 apr. Although they usually are from 12 to 18 months. Also a added bonus usually they have 2% cash back with $100 bonus once you spend 1000 in 90 days... so I got a card and spent like $10,000 and got like 13 minis and 2 larger machines.. I ended up with $300 of free cash. Then I placed the machines and paid my credit card back with my earnings within the time period.

Aloha bro from Hawaii, mahalo for all of the great info. I already purchased a mini claw machine before prospecting for locations but Im not worried because i used to own an ATM. My reason for this is I want to use it to teach my 13 year old daughter about being a business owner. While I wait for it to come in, my daughter and I will dress the part and then go location hunting and talk to the owners of a few places i had in mind. I will say though your video has really gave me more ideas to try out that I had no idea about like finders fee for employees that work at possible spots and even bringing in the machine to the location, plugging it in, and letting them try it out, and also to pay them up front to let the machine stay on site. I personally wouldn't go for Chinese machines, I'd go for name brand Taiwanese machines like smart Industries or coastal amusements, they break down far less and parts are local.

How many locations do you have now? So many businesses here are still closed. How do you contact the laundromat owner? The ones here are not attended.

Usually there a number to call at the laundry mats. If you can't seem to get with the owner call them. Then try to setup a time to meet with them. And there is also a lot of stores closed here too. I have 9 machines placed but I can't get to 4 machines. 4 of my machines are in lock down. I have gone out and talk to 3 or 4 more places that might take my machines too. So hopefully I will expand my business soon

Keep track of all your profits, talk to the owner about what percentage% they would want of the profit. It's not good to give them a % of all the money it has in it because you need to make sure you make good profit yourself.

Mini machines Are sooooo much cheaper... I pay anywhere on the order sides, about $650 to $750 a machine for a mini. That includes shipping as For the Larger Machine, I last ordered 7 Large machines and it cost $7800, So just over 1100 each (inculding shipping)

I would search for locations on google maps, Look at the pictures inside the stores, A lot of smaller stores cant fit a normal claw machine so if you have Mini claws its easy to get them as a location. Find a Mom and Pop store and talk to the owner. Come on the discord to chat with others on tips

Depending on your local city and state laws you might need a permite/ license to get started.. however I personally started out with 2 locations and never got my license until i expaned. I know my city is pretty laid back. I doubt with one machine you would have any problems with it places in a location... but i just wanted you to be aware. Before I got myself a machine I actually had a location lined up. Then i went out and got myself a machine. Be aware that you will have to pay a percent to the owner of the business you place your machines... i pay anywhere from 20% to 35%... but honestly 25 to 30 percent is more common. If you purchase a mini crane. Plush is pretty cheap. So that is awesome. Unlike larger cranes, plush can get pricey.

Well It depends on what you want.. If you order from the Manufacture you can save a lot of money, however if there are any problems you might need a little skill to fix the issues... If you purchase from someone in the community it will cost more, but they should have go through the machines to make sure they are good working order

Having the ability to set the win ratio and strength of the claw makes me excited for profit. That’s one of the main things I wanted to get a feel for in person. I picked up the same prize maybe 7 times but never won it and it was still enjoyable and worth the play.

The mini have to be order in a bulk of 4 or more due to machines might tip over and break when shipping across the ocean. So maybe about $2600 for 4 minis shipped to your door.... you can purchase 1 mini from the usa sellers too. But they will cost a bit more. But i recommend coming on my discord channel. Heres my biggest concern with buying a chineese machine. 1- quality and 2- parts If my machine breaks down and a simple part to fix is needed. Shipping of that part may take weeks and cost $$$$ When an american machine even though costs $$$$ parts are easier to get and cheaper Am i wrong?

Some Great Questions! Quality is Pretty good, some of my machines are over 2 years old and run perfect. Parts are cheap and simple to get. Things as simple as coin mechs can be bought from amazon.com and you can replace in a matter of 2 days, More complex parts such as mother board or a gantry (claw) can be replaced for a small cost, But the machines come with a 1 year warranty so if something does break, simple record a video and message the supplier and they will fly out a replacement part pretty fast for free, no cost on shipping or anything. As for an American Machine. Sadly there most likely no such thing. There are American Companies that have Claw machines, but they purchase them from foreign companies in China, or Taiwan. You can order from the Stores that are in the USA but they just get all their parts and machines from places like where i order
