I've working in kitchens as a line cook for over 10 years, it is a passion, but it's time to look to the future, I'm highly encouraged to change my lifestyle, being a quality and skilled worker for the automatic era that's coming. Thank you for this video. It can certainly be daunting when first encountered. I am learning PLC programming in relation to Hydrogen vehicle fueling. My company builds Hydrogen dispensers for this application and all the components, valves, pt’s, tp’s, etc. there are so many boundaries that must be regulated, so many safety variables, only a PLC makes this kind of application ability a reality.
