Muhammed Cevri Şen keep doing trial and error and Strengthen the left side. If your technique is fairly good then it really means your body doesn’t have the strength to support it.

Keep practicing. Use your for support if you have trouble. For me it took about 2 months for my skinny bones to achieve the turtle freeze. Just your head for support and once your comfortable, don't is your head.

I recommend yoga. Yoga has you doing a lot of planks which strengthen your shoulders, and they combine it with a lot of balance and flexibility.
@SoulKaleb

Pushups regularly, drink lots of water, turtle with feet on floor then slowly remove, exercise your wrist a lot even just hanging on dip bars , after being able to remove feet try to push up even slightly while turtling as if elbow is untucked it will become a more stable exercise in maintaining turtle strength and more
