This is exactly the issue with srilankans. You should be proud if you went to work in this and your son is going to work in a bullet train

Very informative. It gives some insight into what is happening in the real world. Also, I wish a day would come that Sri Lankan public can travel fast and safely using the good old CGR. Thank you to the KZbinr of this channel.
Thanks so much for bringing us this very informative and interesting video. It's a very rare treat to see such videos about Sri Lankan railways. Beautifully done OP, and hats off to the CGR engineer for explaining everything so clearly. Strive to keep uploading quality content similar to this which almost noone else is doin, and your channel will be a huge success! All the best! Thanks again.

My most like engine.. I have gone in this many times
It's a very good effort. As per the instructions provided by the driver, it needs lot of skills to start an engine. However if they follow the standers practice for startup or shutdown a complex machines or engines, they must use a "CHECKLIST" which I didn't see anywhere. Then the lot of "User mistakes" can be eliminated as well as the startup procedure can be handed over to a normal technical personnel. I can see lot of areas to be improved in CGR..
