This might sound odd, But I love you so much for making this. My grandma got me a singer patchwork a few years ago, and it’s been collecting dust this whole time. I’ve been hand sewing things for our Guinea pigs because no tutorial was good enough, and it got to the point I took weeks hand sewing a bed for them. I’m sick of it, so here I am finally thankful for my grandma, and you for this video! ❤

I’ve retired and thought I would like to pick up sewing. 55 years ago I learn how to sew in school and I think 4 H, so that tells you how long it’s been. I went to JoAnn’s and they recommend the exact same sewing machine you have. You made everything look so easy. I’m starting from scratch so I’ll need everything. Sewing table and supplies. This was AWESOME! My machine arrives next week. I have a Singer Curvy and a Brother Heavy Duty I don't use because I CAN'T THREAD THEM! You did an outstanding job with the close-ups AND the toothpick. I keep a pair of very long needle-nose tweezers by my machine. I've missed sewing since my old beloved machine broke. Maybe my third attempt to replace it will work. THANK YOU!

I’m wondering about the bobbin thread direction. Looks like you’ve got it where thread is winding clockwise but pictures on my instructions look like thread should be winding counter clockwise. Not sure if it makes a difference. This video was SO helpful!
