I'm a bigger guy and I struggle running, probably because of weight and bad form. I like your short related to running form

I love this! Could you please do a video about proper running form? I know you have a lot of them on shorts/IG an such, but like everything in one video here on YT would be helpful. I'm thinking foot placement, toe, mid or heal strikes, arms, high or low, hands, open or closed? Leaning forward, lifting knees, pushing with back leg and so on. Thank you for your videos 😄

At one point, incline level 15 with a speed of between 7-7.5 was my "level 10 intensity" and I was so dang proud of it. Then I got sick, had major surgery, and am still recovering from complications years later after several periods of total bedrest. It's disheartening to start over from complete scratch, but at least this time, I can do things right -- more safely, more sustainably, and better educated on the whole process. Thanks so much for your channel!

Thanks. I was pretty consistent for about three months there but fell off for a couple weeks. I think I’ll start back tomorrow with the light gradient in mind, as I was previously running flat.

I've never heard that before, about how the treadmill's taking part of your workload for you, by pulling your feet back, can lead to problems like muscle imbalances! : o Yikes! This kinda stuff needs to be talked about, so thank you! It's a subtle, oftrn unnoticed, issue that can cause big problems, but here's a very easy solution to implement to avoid that!

ah i'm 30 seconds in and already unable to do follow a step. i do have a treadmill i got but i don't have room for more so i bought a tiny one to fit in the corner of my room. it doesn't incline lol. i don't run on it yet just briskly walk. mostly due to avoiding weather and also to feel safer inside in my home, it has a max of 7 miles but i stick to about 3ish miles. i am a fast walker by nature. i just know movement is good so i do what i can

Hi, I’m looking for sprint interval training workouts as I believe that to be best for perimenopause (Dr Stacey simms) I see you do a lot of HIT but 30 seconds on 30 off, could this be classed as sprint interval training? Many thanks

I've seen that you do strides on your treadmill but I can't figure out how to do it lol. Can you do a short video on those?

The slight incline had never occurred to me, I'm curious to see how that will impact my runs.

Totally understand doing the slight incline while treadmill running and why it's beneficial, but I'm angry about it. 😂

I find running on treadmill, I am significantly slower and it is much more taxing on my body as a whole! Am I the only one??
