Wasting to much energy bringing your foot to your glutes=trying to hard. Ain’t getting far with that try not bending your knee past 90°

You are 100% correct. The mental aspect is SO hard. I am training right now too. It’s almost like every five seconds my brain wants me to stop 😂 You got this girl!

I find running on treadmill, I am significantly slower and it is much more taxing on my body as a whole! Am I the only one??

I’m not a girl but exact same shift happened to me at 24. I said screw how I look, and went full into football (European one).

It is much harder to run outside
@staciebailey2 күн бұрын
True, but sometimes circumstances prevent outdoor running (weather, lack of child care, etc.) and so a treadmill is the next best thing. It’s better than not training.
@trbossdoggy2 күн бұрын
@@staciebailey I know, I myself run on threadmill when weather is minus and snowy. But the time you make on threadmill and outdoors will be different.

It's so true. I feel like treadmill running made me weak! Good workouts still, but running outside on pavement or trail is completely different. Unfortunately

The thought of being able to run continuously for even 10 minutes feels so impossible, yet I know it is possible, and so much more, and that’s really exciting to me. I can visualize myself being in shape enough to run for an hour or more without stopping, I just need to gradually work toward that goal!

at first I was like “20lbs? yeah that’s awesome but im not sure why it seemed so far fetched to her” Then I realized that you were already fairly lean. 20lbs IS a lot of weight to lose if you dont have much excess body fat now that I think of it. I guess because you dont think you have that of actual body mass to lose weight/o looking skinnier.
