Replace all grass with dirt to get around 10-30k more and get the electric semi to get 45k extra

I highly dispise selling the military truck, as it only gives you 20k, and you have a carrying capacity of 3,000, I recommend deleting your plot and selling the tank, where you will get roughly 250-275k which is more than enough to get you a good money maker going before you can next delete it all again

You can buy them at the big glossy auto store. Just walk up to the guy in the reception there and buy whichever you would like! I suggest sprinter van as a first vehicle, then save up for the semi truck 😁
