Yes yes! One thing that helped me the most is only working out 3 days a week every other day for 30 minutes! Monday, Wed., Friday. Half are 30 second exercises, the other half is reps. Tuesday & Thursday are for going outside in nature & walking. Saturday is 10-15min of stretching. Sunday, rest day.

I really like the tip about doing something fun like playing just dance I used to play it with my sisters a lot but never thought about how many calories we probably burned while playing it

Hi Keisha, Just a quick question did you ever feel a constricted sense of feeling in your throat while taking this medication. It doesn’t stop you from eating drinking or breathing just like something is behind your throat.??? 🥰
