I am not very sure about this. From what i have heard, if you are applying for non engineering courses you dont need to submit license certificate to the universities, but, i also heard that you need it to get the NOC

Hello, brother. I have watched many videos from your channel. I really love the information you provide. I also watched the video titled How to get full scholarship in USA (In 2024-2025) (kzbin.info/www/bejne/haGbZaBppb2rebcfeature=shared) and found it to be really informative. I have recently completed my Bachelor of Business Administration from Tribhuvan University. Although my final results have not yet been published, I anticipate to achieve 3.96 CGPA on a 4.0 scale. I don't have research papers as in my bachelor years, I didn't have to do many research projects. I don't come from research background. In such case, can I still expect to get Graduate assistantship? If yes, how should I email the professors? I want to apply for Fall 2025 in Master in Finance. Could you please provide me some suggestions?
