I think you are using any online translator for your KZbin scripts in hindi. It's really annoying to listen to such unnatural sentences. I highly recommend you to hire some translator to translate your scripts for you. It will really improve user experience. By the way your content are really awesome.

The nice thing about asking friends and family to pay for your service or product is, normally friends and family expect you to do things for them for free. If it is something that they are willing to actually pay you, then strangers would definitely be willing to pay.

Thanks Ali for teaching us about the business world, by making the knowledge more accesible. Now I definitely feel less lost and more confident than 15 minutes ago

this is what i just wrote above - this is a terrible idea. Your customers might not be the people you know, they could be all around the world. Relying on people around you to ask them if they will buy before plunging into the world of business is a bad model to follow. If everyone had to do this then we wouldn't have a lot of successful entrepreneurs. Do customer, market, product, and competitor research and analysis then once that gives you a thumbs up, proceed in small doses then use your own already customers to ask them directly how to improve (many successful business people did this and are still doing so, including steve jobs,etc.). Why do you think people run surveys, tests, etc? The people you know might not always be useful. Imagine a software developer trying to build an app to automate daily processes on excel then ask his mechanic neighbour if he would be interested to integrate that into his business, the answer might be no due to cost and simply whatever process right now is working - people aren't always interested to change. With your approach, this would be the end. A business minded person, will know this is not how you get real insights. Sometimes it is, but most of the time - no. Even the silliest idea that no body around you find useful might be lucrative

@animista9824 I thought/think it means that there is a traveling salon which can drive around town and go to office buildings. People can come downstairs to get their hair cut, instead of driving across town to the salon. Like how a food truck is equipped to cook food and serve it right there, so you don't walk to a restaurant, you can just go downstairs.

Forget about having a kid. Forget about weekend. A million dollar business is a huge undertaking. Nobody would do it on a weekend. Even if one has one year free, chances of building a million dollar business are still super slim. Don't be hyped up with these YT millionaires. Do what you can under your circumstances. Most of those small businesses around you, some of them working around the clock, some involving the whole family, from your hairdressers to your plumbers to your family doctor, yes even the doctor...most of those aren't making a million dollar. Unless you are Elon Musk, it is a bit too ambitious to believe that somehow you can suddenly come up with a million dollar business idea.😂

You’re literally watching a KZbin of a guy who is making a ton (maybe $1m+) off a YT brand and channel. Start there?

Yeah, I believe this is true. This is why I'm avoiding having children and things for now personally, since beginning a company and getting it to a successful foundation may require a lot of work and effort. I am 29 years old now. But the other thing we who have no "children" don't mention is also the fact that we don't want to wait too long until we have kids. So, it is indeed a hard balance. I don't want a successful company in 15-20 years from now without kids. So, it's a tough grind and has to be approached extremely thoughtful.

@@soundscape26 all I was saying is that you don’t need a million dollar idea to come up with a KZbin channel. There’s guys streaming Diablo on a computer pulling in cash. Sometimes you don’t have to overthink it

Just start without think and later deal with depts in years long. Yes, you can do that but don't cry later on.

I haven't been able to finish listening to the audiobook, It is an autobiography full of cheesy motivational phrases and with very vague examples, honestly I am surprised by the bad recommendation from you, the audiobook that I am enjoying widely is yours because it is more concrete and focused on reality 10/10
