I like your design. Can you please have someone record you up close while you are crimping and assembling everything. Keep your overall video and add lots of up close videos. Video of hanging it up? Keep up the good work. 👍🏻

Great video Jim.You don't load your snares? Absolutely love the triggered kill springs. Haven't had a water head since the switch to them. Good luck and be safe

Jim good video I am really glad to see you embracing the latest technology available. I make my snares slightly different but same concepts. These latest Magnum springs with proper locks will humanly dispatch the wolf very quickly, probably unconscious in less than a minute. I think as a modern trapper we have an obligation to embrace technologies that exist today to be as humane as possible.

Good stuff Jim. Wish we could utilize spring loaded snares in Southern Ontario for Coyotes. We have to use Relaxed Cable Restraints and my personal feelings are that snares are a much more humane kill.

Very educational! Couple of questions: 1). How heavy a Swivel do you use? 2) You don’t leave the triggers cocked? Set them after snare is set up? Roughly how many wolves do you catch per season? 3) use same weight of wire for coyotes? B Deacon Manitoba Canada 🇨🇦
