1. For being focused, u should not b distracted 2. Uninstall ur social media apps 3. Make 2-3 hrs study session & tell frds/family not to disturb in it 4. Take 5-10 min break in that session & recall what u have done 5. Listen to focus music 6. Do meditation (meditation =anything that separate u 4m the entire world 🌎 & makes happy)

Eat healthy, exercise and make sure you always have enough sleep, these are the things that helps me focus through out the day. I am also taking Bromantane from nextchems as Increase my productivity further.
