I must say, I love your interactive skits/sketches. They tickle me every time! I am a NEWBIE. A few things are helping me. I've been saving FB posts of friends who already naturally speak Spanish and translating them as I recognize the words, RATHER than looking up the translation immediately. Also, it helps me to rewatch movies I already know by memory. Had a lot of free time on my hands at certain times in life. One may be surprised the movies I know word for word. LOL. I specifically watch them in THIS order - first, *English audio w/Spanish subtitles*, next (about a wk later) *Spanish audio w/English* subtitles. Lastly, *Spanish audio/Spanish* subtitles. My reasoning for this method is subtitles are often summarized yet, gives the same point. It helps me to not be "TOO" iteral on the translation but still know they are pretty much saying the same thing. That way, my interpretation doesn't get stuck on every "a, an, & the", so to speak.

Yas! My favorite tip is having an accountability partner… I know this works for me staying discipline in the gym, I would imagine it would also help me with learning Spanish too. Great tips.
