I made the same decision about a month ago. Ten pages a day, that’s the goal. And it’s so doable. I used to read so much and wanted very much to make it a priority. Love it ❤

Just add it to your schedule! Every night before bed, I read. Every month on the first I’ll go to Barnes and Noble to see what’s new or inspiring!

thank you! That's one of my NY's resolutions. I go to the library, but wind up renewing. More reading, less TV - except for the Today show, of course!

I used to spend hours at the library when I was younger. My favorite place. Reading is my escape and how I wind down at night after work and my little one goes to bed.

I like that she immediately recommended browsing the library! A lot of books I get into I find by browsing around book sections (library, barnes & noble, target, walmart, sams, dollar tree, etc). The great thing about library is if you end up not liking the book you can just take it back.

I never knew it until recently, but you can also do that with Barnes & Noble, if you begin a book and you do not like it.

I love Jenna so much! She is "every" woman ànd so relatable! I see myself in her, feel so at ease with everything she talks about ~ it's like a great fun convo with a great lifelong friend! The person u rely on for good advice, wisdom, fun, motivation & inspiration! She is a one of a kind loving wife friend sister neighbor! She's touched so many people's lives in a positive enriching way! Thank U 😍💞

Reading/book journals are a great motivator. You don’t necessarily have to read a certain number of pages a day….in the Winter months I read more but in the Summer I want to enjoy the nice weather, so it dips off. I still read 25 books last year. The other thing I like to do is read NY Times for book reviews and watch KZbin channels for book recommendations.

@@LindaC616 it’s great. There is a 25-50-75-100-500 read what you own challenge happening now. You read what you won before buying anymore books. It’s definitely helping me and saving me money. Try it!

@melodic21 I haven't bought any in a while, with the exception of things that my book club reads, when they read something very recent that isn't available in libraries. My challenge every year on Goodreads is to read X number of books. Prior to the pandemic I was reading 65 a year. Now I'm lucky if I get in 20-25

I don’t like people to recommend books to me. I always like to pick books for myself. I have always read romance and I always have books in my purse to read. I read every single day.

As a parent I have been so caught up in reading my daughter bedtime stories. She's now a teenager and spends so much of her time reading, both in the pages and online. I have always been an aspiring writer and I absolutely LOVE to read. My goal for 2023 is to read at least 1-One Book 📖 a month.

You can also join reading challenges, readalongs (that can make you read at a pace not necessarily everyday but consistently and you can be apart of a community of readers). You can also read for an hour or ten minutes a day.

Jenna’s stack on her side desk was cute as though that’s a lot. I have 2 stacks taller than me from the ground that I want to read. COVID - I became an even worse Amazon Addict.
