On Arch I had to also get the swh-plugins package too. If anyone is missing hard limiter like I was.

Hard Limiter doesn't seem to appear for me.

Are running it on Linux or Windows? Which version? I can look into it, something to do with missing plugins.

It's a packaging issue that they're working on fixing. The regular Limiter is still a good option.
