Is it worth going after enemy tank if he is going to our backline distracting everyone, so I'm getting no heals or should I ignore him and focus on his supports? Happens oftenly to me on gold

Yes it can be, it depends on a few things. What is the tank matchup? What map are you on, are there spots or flanks you can use for scouting and surprising the enemy before the tank gets to engage?
