I've been watching these self improvement videos just for entertainment. I only listen and do some other activity, playing chess, video games, whatever. In the end, the only thing that self improvement tells you is that you have to start and push through the wall that is yourself. And while I wallow in the stimulation, I once again escape from my moral duty to be better.
