How To Stop Google Apps From Listening To Your Conversation

Hello there. Mine had the audio and voice off already. I did notice that my "Saves your activity from from apps on this device" was enabled and yours was not. Should I disable it?

if is already off let it be, i only explained how it works alot of people turned it on by mistake
