Grandpa here with a grandson in 9u. I've watched a lot of batting videos the last couple of years that are all over the place with their advise. I'm glad I stumbled across your channel because everything you say makes a lot of sense with the mechanics of the swing. I especially like the way you integrate the psychology of batting into your videos. A very important aspect that is often overlooked.

Unbelievable transformation by this young man. A follow up video of what exercises or drills you used to change his swing would be fantastic. Especially - how to change his swing plane which I find very difficult to coach for younger baseball players.
