I litterly need this soooo much ❤ My trainer keep saying that I am looking down and should start looking up but it is hard because I want to see if I am on the wrong diagonal then I should change the diagonal ❤But it is hard to not look down cause I want to see if I am on the right diagonal or on the wrong diagonal. Thanks 😊 I can not wait to watch this I need this vid sooooooooo bad . Thanks for being the best Equestrian content ever .

Agreed. The tactic I use when hacking/trail riding is to look ahead on the trail rather than down at where we are. Two benefits: your posture improves as Amelia points out and you have better prediction of what's coming. You can still glance down as needed but use your peripheral vision as much as possible rather than dropping your head.
