My dear stop eating white rice, white bread all this carbohydrates food, the only thing I eat is brown rice, I grand brown rice and use it as my swallow. Eat a lot of fruits, get Aidan pods boil it and be drinking it first in the morning on an empty stomach and last thing at night. If you are chubby person you Will dramatically go down ,is not easy I did it I lost a lot of weight,I added fasting and prayer and today am 3 months pregnant.
